Shipping Policy
MyDesigner mirrors the same white glove experience you would receive when working with an in-person designer. Furniture items are assembled and shipped via freight from our North American vendors and arrive at a warehouse for inspection and home delivery.
Delivery Areas
We currently have arrangements to ship to clients in Illinois, Michigan and Ohio.
White Glove Service
Our premium white glove service includes:
- Scheduled delivery appointment
- Room of choice delivery
- Professional assembly and setup
- Packaging removal
- Quality inspection
Tracking Your Order
Inventory availability varies depending on vendors and the custom nature of your order. You will be notified of the expected delivery and then updated via email as the order moves from the vendor to the delivery company to your home.
